Poster Presenters (in-person)
There are THREE designated poster sessions scheduled onsite in San Francisco, during the conference. For further information on the program schedule, please visit the program page.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your poster session (see timings below), and remove your poster immediately after your poster session time.
We recommend having your poster in place as early as possible to allow attendees to view prior to the official poster session.
Required poster tasks (deadline July 15):
- All poster presenters are required to upload a PDF of their poster to the Underline platform, to enable virtual attendees to review all poster data
- All posters must fill in the Presenter Submission Form no later than July 15
Recommended guidelines:
- Keep text to a minimum
- Ensure text is in large font
- Use graphs, charts and/or tables
- Ensure contents have a logical flow
- Make it colorful
Poster format + sizing information:
- Portrait/vertical orientation (MUST be this orientation!)
- Poster maximum size: 44.5 inches high x 35 inches wide
- You do not need to use the full space. Push pins will be provided for you to adhere the poster to the board
*Removal of posters at the end of the display period is the responsibility of the author(s). Posters not removed by the deadline will be removed and disposed of by meeting staff. Please note that the posters will be held at the registration desk until the end of the conference after which time they will be recycled.

VIRTUAL POSTER PRESENTERS:
There will be FIVE designated virtual poster session scheduled during the conference (see timings below).
Required virtual poster tasks (deadline July 15):
- All virtual poster presenters are required to record and upload a 5 minute video/flash talk
- All poster presenters are required to upload a PDF of their poster to the Underline platform, to enable virtual attendees to review all poster data
- All posters must fill in the Presenter Submission Form no later than July 15
