The 2026 CogSci Conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel and Resort, where we have secured a preferred rate for delegates.
Benefit of staying at the host hotel:
CogSci 2026 and the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel and Resort have an agreement that provides benefits to the Conference, which allows us to keep registration fees as low as possible. We appreciate the members of the community supporting the conference by staying at the hotel.
Booking your room at the Conference hotel allows you to:

- Be close to the venue for early morning sessions
- Be present for the many informal networking opportunities at the hotel restaurant/elevators
- Helps the 2026 CogSci Conference financially as each room booked by meeting attendees helps offset meeting costs
Nightly Group Room Rates ($R Brazilian Real):

- Single/Double occupancy $R 1,220 + taxes per night
- Triple occupancy $R 1,220 + additional R$262 + taxes per night

Reservations Deadline: June 10, 2026. After this date, the preferred rates are no longer guaranteed.
Cancellation: Full amount charged to individual credit card 48 hours prior to arrival date.
