Postillion Hotel Cancellation Policy
GUEST has the right to cancel individually booked hotel rooms (up to 9 rooms per reservation). Complete or partial cancellation of the agreement by the GUEST must be done in writing/email. This can be done free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing/email when booking the hotel room(s). Within 24 hours, the GUEST owes the hotel the reservation value of the first room night of the booked stay. Non-guaranteed hotel rooms will be held until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Holiday Inn Express Payment and Cancellation Policy
All rooms reserved via the booking link will be asked for a credit card guarantee and prepayment by booking. The rooms will be reserved under refundable conditions up until 30 days (1 month) prior to the first arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled, the prepayment, full amount of the stay, will be taken as cancellation fee. In the event the credit card cannot be charged, and the client is not reachable or not willing to provide new payment details, the hotel reserves the right to cancel this reservation.

Individual reservations may be cancelled free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival date. If the room is cancelled within the 14 day period to arrival the agreed room rate will be charged for the entire envisaged stay to the provided credit card.
